Lorne Community Hospital’s Annual Appeal aims to raise much needed funds for different areas and priorities within the Hospital.
This year your contribution to the Community Program Fund will support the development and implementation of the Hospital’s ability to deliver comprehensive home care – clinical, social and domestic services that enable community members to stay well and independent in their own homes.
Whether recovering from an illness or injury, ageing, or coping with a disability, community members prefer to be cared for in their own home, in familiar surroundings and surrounded by friends and neighbours. Lorne Community Hospital wants to fully support the community with a comprehensive choice of home services tailored to individual needs. We need additional resources to achieve this goal, and your donation will help.
Our 2017 annual appeal provides you with the opportunity to direct your financial support to a fund of your choice – be it the Community Program Fund outlined above, the Equipment and Facilities Fund or Technology and Competencies Innovation Fund.
