We Care About Your Future

Lorne Community Hospital’s Annual Appeal aims to raise much needed funds for different areas and priorities within the Hospital.

This year your contribution to the Community Program Fund will support the development and implementation of the Hospital’s ability to deliver comprehensive home care – clinical, social and domestic services that enable community members to stay well and independent in their own homes.

Whether recovering from an illness or injury, ageing, or coping with a disability, community members prefer to be cared for in their own home, in familiar surroundings and surrounded by friends and neighbours. Lorne Community Hospital wants to fully support the community with a comprehensive choice of home services tailored to individual needs. We need additional resources to achieve this goal, and your donation will help.

Our 2017 annual appeal provides you with the opportunity to direct your financial support to a fund of your choice – be it the Community Program Fund outlined above, the Equipment and Facilities Fund or Technology and Competencies Innovation Fund.

If you have donated to our annual appeal previously, thank you; I hope you will support us again this year. If you have not, please join us so that we can provide the care our community needs and ensure our hospital and staff remain at the forefront of rural healthcare. All contributions are valued and all support is greatly appreciated.

To nominate the fund to direct your donation, please include the fund name in the field”For further information, please download our 2016 Annual Appeal Letter and Brochure. Or contact Katy Kennedy, Fundraising Coordinator on 5289 4386 or kkennedy.lorne@swarh.vic.gov.au
